The monthly rent is 364 Euros. (Female roommate preferred.) The apartment is located in the center of Florence (Via Fiesolana). All the necessities are within a short walk from the apartment. A grocery store, market, post office, internet/call center are all within 5 minutes. The Duomo is a 10 minute walk. The apartment has a large kitchen (with a vaulted ceiling), living room, pantry, 1 bathroom (shared amongst the 3 roommates). There is also a small terrace. Phone and wi-fi internet have already been installed. Utilities/internet costs about 15 Euros a month. The room itself is extremely large with vaulted ceilings. It is being shared with one other female roommate. I have lived here for 6 months and love the area and my roommates. If you would like to see pictures of the place please feel free to contact me.
