Could anyone tell me where I can find grocery stores or markets with soja, tofu, seitan, soja beans and other vegetarian cooking products? Thanks.

Most of the little chinese markets that have cropped up around the city will stock that stuff. Vivimarket, on via Del Giglio - near S.Lorenzo - should have quite a wide selection as well.
