Where can I find a hair salon to get my hair cut and colored that is reasonably priced and I can be sure I won't walk out of there with a mullet of some sort?

I got my hair cut at a place on Via dello studio. it's between the Piazza Duomo and Via del Corso. I forget the name but the guy was very nice and helpful, i got my hair cut and colored and it came out just as well, if not better, than it does when i'm home in the US. make sure you specify that you want hair color without ammonia (senza ammoniaca)
